Every update

28 builds

Every build, in the words the app shows when you open it after the update.

BUILD 82Oct 2, 2026
  • Your six exercises and their sets stay in order after a pause or resume. Progress keeps the switch between A and B.
  • Rep entry separates completed reps from the previous workout and explains tempo per rep. Recovery identifies the next set or exercise.
  • Your coach shows the next exercise with its photo, load and target. Bodyweight loads remain editable.
  • Your radar and score are clearer. A restrained celebration marks progress on an exercise.
BUILD 81Sep 28, 2026
  • Your next workout sits on a rail you slide with your finger · A above, B below, completed workouts checked, skipped ones dotted, and the gap between two workouts shown between them, in coral when it deserves your attention.
  • Set your rhythm in one move, one workout every n days · every 3 days is recommended. DO NOW, CHANGE THE DATE and SKIP move into ADJUST.
  • Subscribe Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook to your workouts with a link created from the planning screen · your calendar updates itself.
  • A workout done earlier than planned instantly realigns your phone's calendar and your reminders, even if you close the app on the finish screen.
BUILD 80Sep 26, 2026
  • At the gym, 23 barbell, cable and machine exercises join your program and CHANGE · deadlift, pull-ups, dips, rows, pec deck, leg extension and leg curl, each with its own photo.
  • The Gym Atlas shows all 47 gym movements in photos, squat rack, leg press and Smith machine included · the ones still awaiting their test say so on their card.
BUILD 79Sep 24, 2026
  • Your coaches all speak at the same volume · from one line to the next and from one coach to another, Sindy included.
  • Choose how many tips your coach slips into each break, from 0 to 2 · at 0, only the cue to get back to work remains. And after the Boost voice, your coach lets you breathe before speaking.
  • A small click on every rep you add or remove · during the set, and when you correct a set in the recovery thread.
  • Your workout on iPad is designed for the iPad · in portrait, the photo spans the full width and a strip shows the next five exercises; in landscape, everything fits on one canvas, Split View included.
  • On iOS 27, the end-of-break alarm keeps going even when your coach talks over it · and if it stalls anyway, the app restarts it.
BUILD 78Sep 21, 2026
  • Reorder your exercises without rebuilding your program · as long as they are the same exercises with the same loads, your commitment does not restart.
  • Your ground follows you from one device to the next · pick the Gym on your iPhone, your iPad opens on the Gym.
BUILD 77Sep 21, 2026
  • Your session follows your Apple account · reinstall the app or switch iPhone, you are already signed in, no code to type again. Requires iCloud Keychain on.
  • A “Your data” screen in settings · what comes back with your sign-in, what lives only on this device, and what happens if you delete the app or your account.
BUILD 76Sep 21, 2026
  • Sixteen machine exercises join the catalog · chest press, preacher curl, triceps, hip adduction and abduction, standing and seated calf, glute, hack squat, guided bar, kettlebells.
  • Not a single empty machine left in Your gym · every tile says what it opens, and the Olympic bar stops showing zero when nine exercises call for it.
  • The catalog grows from 76 to 92 entries · the new ones wait for their photo before joining a program, and they say so.
BUILD 75Sep 21, 2026
  • Your gym as tiles · 27 stations drawn, three per row, in five sections: bars and benches, cables, upper-body machines, lower-body machines, core. Tick what your gym really has.
  • Ten more stations · chest press, biceps curl, triceps, hip adductor and abductor, calf, glute, hack squat, Smith machine, Olympic bench, functional area. Every machine type of a gym catalog now lands on a tile.
  • Each tile says how many exercises it opens today · “none yet” is a promise, not an omission: the machine photos are coming.
  • The tile’s subtitle names the family (“fly, rear delt”, “pendulum, belt squat”) · you tick without hesitating in front of a machine you don’t call the way we do.
BUILD 74Sep 20, 2026
  • Your ground · during onboarding, pick Home, Gym or Travel. Home stays the ready-made choice, nothing changes for you if you train at home.
  • The place shows at the top of your workout · tap it to switch to another place, or to compose the one that is not set up yet.
  • The composer gains a Place level above Workout A and B · each place has its own program, and its own 14 days of open tuning.
  • At the Gym · your gym’s name, its stations, your bar and plates. The program is composed with what the gym really has · first with the exercises already photographed, machines arrive with their photos.
  • On Travel · no equipment, nothing to enter · your Home program translates to bodyweight.
  • History and the end-of-workout review say where the workout was done · a first workout in a new place warns you there is nothing to compare yet.
BUILD 73Sep 20, 2026
  • Tap the photo on the home screen · the “how to” sheet for the first exercise opens, exactly like during a workout.
  • Press and hold it · CHANGE opens, without going through the exercise card.
  • The composer opens on the workout you are looking at · when the home screen shows B, you land on B.
  • Finished a workout early or late? The end screen offers to shift the next ones, or to keep your plan · with both dates in front of you.
  • Overdue workouts that lingered forever are gone · once you train, an older slot no longer holds your plan back.
BUILD 72Sep 20, 2026
  • On the home screen, tap EXERCISES or DURATION · you land in the composer. Everything on the main screen now leads to a setting.
BUILD 71Sep 16, 2026
  • Every mixer level plays right there · release the slider, or tap ▶, and you hear exactly what you just set.
  • An alarm preview now plays at the volume you gave it, instead of a fixed level.
BUILD 70Sep 16, 2026
  • A mixer in Coach and sound · set the coach voice, the Boost shouts and the alarm separately, and hear each level right there.
  • Your coach says a word at the end of every workout · his own, not everyone else’s.
  • Picking a coach finally shows the faces · six square tiles instead of a list.
  • Breaks never run past two sentences, and the coach now slips in lines about more than the bar.
  • On the end screen, a face follows your feel slider · you see at a glance which side you are on.
  • The “how to” sheet opens at the top of the screen, on the exercise photo in full width, and closes with a swipe down.
  • Sean, Sandro and Sira now speak on every English line · ten of them were silent.
BUILD 69Sep 15, 2026
  • The Volt button is quilted · domed cushions, a carved seam between them, and the label engraved into it.
  • On a single-side movement, the warm-up counts per side too · left and right, like the work sets.
  • The areas you pick on the body now carry the colour their exercises will have in your workout.
BUILD 68Sep 15, 2026
  • Your workout reaches the server the moment the last exercise is done · no need to confirm the final screen for it to count.
  • Music now ducks during the MEGA, ULTRA and BRUTAL shouts too, not only when the coach speaks.
  • Two seconds of silence between the button shout and the first piece of advice · the two no longer overlap.
  • Twelve coach lines were too quiet and the BRUTAL shout too loud · everything sits at the same level.
  • The Volt buttons now have the grain of gym anti-slip rubber, not the invisible knurl they had.
BUILD 67Sep 15, 2026
  • Swapping an exercise mid-workout no longer cancels it · what you already did stays done, the replacement takes the old one's place, and you resume exactly where you were.
  • An exercise you swap after starting it stays in your workout, with everything you entered on it.
  • The full-screen bolt lost the white outline that broke into little slivers around the logo.
BUILD 66Sep 14, 2026
  • The app opens faster far from North America · coach photos are now kept close to you, and the program screen makes one round trip to the server instead of four.
BUILD 65Sep 14, 2026
  • Preferences are readable · the icon and the menu name, bigger, and no more description line under each one.
  • The menu closes with a swipe down from anywhere in the list, not only from the close button.
  • The next workout card gives the session and the moment · « TOMORROW » when it is tomorrow, nothing else.
  • A setting you change reaches your account when you close preferences, without waiting for the next launch.
BUILD 64Sep 14, 2026
  • Your settings follow your account · coach, rest times and movement flags come back on a second device or after a reinstall.
  • The schedule menu now shows only the mode you picked · the other one is gone instead of greyed out.
  • In interval mode you can finally say « I restart on that day » · one tap changes the date and the whole series follows, without touching the A/B alternation.
BUILD 63Sep 14, 2026
  • Preferences now rise from the bottom and close with a swipe · the gesture says what you came to do.
  • They are ordered by how often you come back · experience first, program at the very bottom.
  • The « SAVED » button is gone · everything saves on its own, and a pill tells you the moment it does.
BUILD 62Sep 14, 2026
  • The end of your comeback session stops counting failures · it counts the days you just stepped over.
BUILD 61Sep 14, 2026
  • The comeback session · after a long pause, your first one starts with no Brutal and one notch lighter. Put back whatever you want, nothing is locked.
BUILD 60Sep 14, 2026
  • In an injury pause, one line to remember what’s bothering you · it stays on your account, and it’s there when you come back.
BUILD 59Sep 13, 2026
  • The pause · leaving your dumbbells behind, or a movement is out? Say so with an end date, your program adapts and comes back on its own.
  • Workouts done during a pause are marked · in three months, the dip in your curve will explain itself.
BUILD 58Sep 13, 2026
  • Discarding a workout in progress now has its own sound · the gesture is final, so it sounds final.
  • LABS now announces Personal Voice · your coach with your own voice.
  • This panel: from now on you will know what each update brings.
BUILD 57Sep 13, 2026
  • Julien’s voice is rebuilt from a professional clone.
BUILD 56Sep 13, 2026
  • Your playlist keeps the history · pull it down to see the reps and load of what you just did.
  • During recovery, swipe right to review a finished exercise · the timer keeps running and stays in view.
  • The coach heads-up is now set to the second · 15 s by default, with + and −.
  • LABS announces what’s being built · tap a tile to be notified.
BUILD 55Sep 13, 2026
  • The BRUTAL shout, and the brand’s lightning bolt full screen on Ultra and Brutal sets.
  • Every coach now speaks at the same level · some were three times quieter than others.
  • The NEXT card shows the planned tonnage and offers a video demo.
  • The + and − buttons repeat when you hold your finger down.
