1. Access
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your email, device security and activity performed through your account.
2. Free offer
The free version configures two complete workouts, A and B, which alternate and remain available with no time limit. You may edit the structure during the first seven days after onboarding. It then freezes, while workouts, loads and results continue to work.
3. Paid features
When purchasing is enabled, the USD 39 or EUR 39 lifetime pack will unlock program personalization and a first photo set. Any future one-off purchase will show its full price before confirmation. The current offer includes no subscription or automatic renewal.
4. Health and safety
Consult a qualified professional before starting if you have an injury, medical condition, concern or a long period of inactivity. “Failure” means muscular failure while maintaining clean technique. Degraded repetitions should not be continued or counted.
5. Programs and results
Recommendations rely on the answers you provide and a rules engine. You remain in control of exercise selection, load and when to stop a set. No physical result, timeline, weight loss or injury-free outcome is guaranteed.
6. Photos and AI
A generated image is a visual direction, never a prediction. You must have the necessary rights to uploaded photos and submit only your own adult images, or images for which you have explicit permission. Illegal, sexual, violent, deceptive or potentially minor content is prohibited.
7. Beta and availability
The beta may contain errors and evolve. We may suspend a feature to secure or repair it. We aim to preserve data, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Deletion and termination
You may remove a device session or permanently delete your account in the app. We may suspend an account used to bypass security, harm the service or violate these terms.
